Welcome to Ashley Harris Design. By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Services

Ashley Harris Design creates handcrafted, custom, and limited-edition apparel and accessories. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, fabric, distressing, sizing, and construction are normal and make each piece unique.

2. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for each client.

• Production timelines are estimates and may change based on workload, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We will communicate any significant delays.
• Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled.
• Design approvals provided by the customer are considered final before production begins.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase will be honored for that order.

4. Payments

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For custom orders, deposits may be non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

Ashley Harris Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because many products are handmade or custom-made:

• Custom orders are final sale.
• Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy.
• Items must be returned unworn and in original condition.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photographs, logos, graphics, branding, website content, and product designs are the intellectual property of Ashley Harris Design unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with the operation of the website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashley Harris Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

10. Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except as required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
